Have used them for 5 years. During the past year, their service has come down to an unacceptable level; very sad indeed. Avoid using this company until further notice. I paid my dues and no service; and multiple reminders

Used to be very happy with this service, but recently it’s been near impossible to use recently. Customer service refuses to respond and doesn’t seem to care. (Even with documentation on the mechanical problems with the service.) I’ve tried connecting to multiple servers, but either get logged out due to non-responsiveness from the VPNGates side or get connected and then dropped after 30 seconds to two minutes.
Am off to find a VPN service which I can use to surf the web, not to hone my troubleshooting skills.

I have been unable to connect to VPN’s service for over 3 weeks now & receive the comment ‘waiting for service response’ whenever I try to log on. No response from either their sales or support emails. Perhaps Cheney was the only person who works for this outfit & Cheney has gone?!!!

I am very diappointed with the service I have received recnetly from this provider – they use to be very responsive but now totally ignore all requests for help and ignore my emails. i have paid an anual subscrption to them and so basically have takem my money and run. the VPN line keeps on dropping out and the service is unrelible and patchy. I have asked for help and an explanation now for three weeks and have had zero reponse.

Hi, I am very disappointed with the service, I have subscribed 3 days ago, noticed the service is not working, I have sent immediately an email to the companies support e-mail address, till date no answer, plus their live chat in not active, very disappointing, not reliable.

I have been waiting for a reply from VPNgates for days now, the service stopped allowing us to connect to BBCiPlayer and would not connect at all.

Had no problems with VPN gates. Can stream iplayer no problem and any support queries have been personally emailed very quickly. Overall very satisfied.
