ok just to be honest here, i used for quiet a while, not one of the best vpn (world wide speaking) but maybe one of the best in chine, the costumer service was just perfect, I always had an answer for the emails i sent, they even gave me a free week, when i really needed.
the price is very great (comparing to any vpn world wide)
the reliabiltiy is always good enough, sometimes better than expected
the speed thuo sometimes gets me no where..
as i mentioned the support is 100% best i ever had!

I travel regularly to China and have used VPNinja on numerous occasions without issue on my iphone, computer and ipad. As others have noted from China JP1 and JP2 servers seem to be the quickest when in China. I have laso used it to stream tvshows from BBC Iplayer while travelling and found it to rarely need to buffer. Awesome service and rarely have an issue connecting in over 2 years of use.

The same as many others, I have tried free VPNs at first. And if I could get over not being able to access some social networks or video sites all the time, what I was not happy with was the inability to access useful info, unlimited. For this reason I went for VPNinja, and I totally appreciate the support and reliability. Thank you.

This is my second year in China. In the beginning, I was trying to have a life online with Freegate or other free VPNs, but it turned out to be a never-ending struggle. I started to pay for a VPN called GoTrusted, and since it worked reasonably well, I felt good about it in spite of frequently having problems with proper internet access… A few months back, a friend of mine told me about “the awesome VPNinja”, and I decided to give it a go. I was shocked to find just how much superior it was to anything I’d ever used before. I’ve been a very happy internet user ever since, pissing off the internet guarding authorities of communist China! Recommended!

I’ve been trying several VPN services since I came to China half year ago. And to be honest, VPNinja would be the first VPN service that I am willing and dare to subscribe one-year membership, compared to all the other services that I would only pay month by month. Even though the traffic would seems a bit laggy, the quality and speed of VPNinja is quite stable in general.

I am in China and can not live without You Tube or Facebook….VPNinja allows me to open those sites and more. The speed is very good and compared to free VPNs which are often slow and sometimes don’t open VPNinja is well worth a few $$s a month! Thx.

VPNinja’s been a really solid VPN, and has really great service. I’ve used it for a year and half, and when all VPNs were struggling to vault over the newly beefed up great firewall of China last fall, VPNinja was great about sending updates on what was going on, and quickly sending a fix. When I’ve contacted their support people, they’ve also been fast and competent. Their VPN itself is solid. Recommended!

VPNinja is working great for me here in China! As a Singaporean on a year long work attachment here, FB, Google and Youtube (my “drugs”) are a must for me to breathe and survive! Their support has been very prompt and immediate, helping me set up very quickly and it is really so simple! Look how the icon looks like on my mac too, a really cool ninja and it even winks when connecting! =D.. It might be a little slow and connection unstable at times, but its more than enough for me to get to my “drugs”!

The price is attractive for this VPN option. The speed can sometimes be inconsistent but for the most part, you can play youtube vids just fine at sub-720p resolutions. I am also able to stream vids. They ran into some issues with China firewall upgrades but they were quick to provide a workaround solution. One of the more trusted VPN sites.

I arrived in China 2 years ago… the first year i used free vpn and Astrill… Since now almost one year, i use VPNinja… the price, the reliability and the support are very good… China these few months tried to block some websites but with VPNinja we are never censure in fact… My friends use A******… and they are not at all satisfied too expensive for what it is !… the only negative thing with VPNinja, there is no French server, so i cannot sometimes watch all the Tv shows, series etc from France ! i will go on using VPNinja for sure ! I have always got prompt help when I contacted support.
Depending on the day, the speed can be wicked fast or brutally slow, but I tend to blame that on the Chinese internet, not any VPN.
Sometimes the connection gets dropped, but again I think it’s a China thing: the GFW loves to send resets, and drop packets randomly.
I just signed up for my second year with VPNinja.

I think it’s a fairly good priced VPN. But connecting from china proves how challenging it is for VPN companies. I have a 10Mbps connection in shanghai and so far servers JP1 and JP2 works well. The US servers seems kinda slow to connect to and so as the others. Speed is decent as well for the aforementioned servers overall it’s 3/5 for me

VPNinja is amazing I’ve been using it 5months now since I got to China and they blocked all my favorite sites like youtube and download sites it was hard reading chinese blogs when I need downloads but now thanks to VPNinja I get high speed loading videos compared to my friends who use free proxy softwares that changes the address nd they constantly have to refresh the page to continue the video. When they come to my room it’s ninjas all the way man, my American sites are not a problem anymore . I get Speed+.

Have been with the Ninja’s for about 6 months now. They are AWESOME, great support and very reliable. I automatically pay my bill every month and very best provider I could find. I pay less for 2 vpn connections (simultaneous) than I would pay for most services with half the connections or connection speeds.
