A fucking bunch of scammers: after the payment the bandwith drops down until 50k/sec instead of the 500k/sec and more during the free trial. It’s a ploy to entice the victims of the scam. Customer service does not exist, of course.

Lots of spammers use Relakks. Don’t use their service. Your legitimate sites will just be blocked along with the spammers.

Have just paid my second subscription. Very pleased with service. I often check by typing in ‘what is my IP address’, surprise ,I live in Sweden. Changing password is easy, tried it, got an automated email within seconds. Just wished it could be set to initiate on start up. Would save manually starting, or more importantly forgetting to manualy start it. Good service. reccomend.
Would reccomend gmx mail also, for free email privicy.

I tried Relakks just after they launched. Tried it again just recently.
I’ve got a 100/100 fiber but with Relakks activated it turn to 6/26. Not acceptable.
Also, your mail doesn’t work with Relakks turned on together with some website.
I was looking for a VPN service which I could leave on at all times. Relakks is not that service and I’ll be looking elsewhere.

Good service, logs in quick and download speeds are comparable to those you get without using it. Only a few caveats: Relakks doesn’t use OpenVPN (yet – they’re about to launch a beta) so not as secure as a VPN service that does. Also, their website has issues with certain banks (such a mine!) and so it becomes impossible to pay the quick way. Instead you have to make a manual payment to their account, which takes a few days to go through. Lastly, it’s a Swedish IP address, so though their privacy laws may be solid, you won’t be watching Hulu any time soon.

Do not buy this piece of crap, please, I beg you. Upon registration I set an advanced password with special characters and this is making problems for me when login into the service. And cannot either change this password in my profile at their web site because their web script supposedly parse one of my special characters in the password as something else.
Keep away, for heavens sake. I’ve also tried contacting them 5-6 times via e-mail and no answer. Not at all.
I consider this service sololy as a scam. Do NOT buy, you will regret it.
PS: Relakks is the same firm as ipredator (equivalent), so keep away!
