I’ve had this vpn for 4 years. China of course has tried over and over to block them and every other VPN that is used in the country and it’s very annoying when this happens. What I can’t say enough is how great their customer service is, not once I’ve been disappointed, they are always looking for ways to make my VPN stable and reliable and it seems that they never sleep because no matter when I contact them they answer almost instantly.
I don’t give them 5 start on reliability because if you are not computer savvy it might scare you a bit when you have to go through the steps required to fix it when, in my case, China slows it down. But if this is not your case you will love it because through those tweaks I’ve been able to watch HULU and NETFLIX from China.
Regarding speed, because China has so many filters and barriers, sometimes using a VPN speeds my connection.
I’ve found that the price is average, not crazy about it but almost everybody charges the same, their best advantage is all the gateways they provide which makes it very versatile, specially if the USA is not your home country and you would like to watch tv shows from your own country
