This VPN service is 2x more expensive than most and it stopped working for me in China for both my work and my personal laptops in China.

Their support is not chat support… it is via email which takes FOREVER. Basically, it takes days to solve a problem. Because response times that vary 10mins to 3hours are still too long. I will not sit at my computer waiting for a response.

Basically, it has been a really bad experience. I am switching VPN service now.
