have had a Cloakbox since 2010 and the service just keeps getting worse. Part of that is not their fault, really – the Chinese government used to leave them alone but now seems intent on blocking them. They are not at all active in helping to sort it out. Customer service is spotty, usually sending me cut and paste instructions for a product I do not have or wanting me to set aside large blocks of time at inconvenient times for them to take over my computer remotely. They used to be a pretty good option for China but when you combine the bullseye painted on their back with their poor customer service, not any more. I am looking for a lower profile VPN
