I have been a customer for many years, but their recent changes are terrible. They ignore you as a customer, servers go down and no one is aware of it, now they charge you for you telling them that the service is down and needs to be fixed. Once it was a good company, but today… STAY AWAY!!! Tech support is now ignorant of your issues and you have to explain the say problem each time your chat is transferred, no follow ups…
