A useful review explains what happened, when it happened, and what someone with similar needs should know.
Write from your own experience
- Name the device or platform and describe your use case.
- Explain the service period or approximate date. Features change.
- Describe reliability, app usability, support or billing with concrete examples.
- Include both strengths and limitations where relevant; choose a score consistent with your account.
- Disclose any incentive or relationship with the provider.
Keep private information private
Do not publish passwords, account numbers, email addresses, phone numbers, payment details or another person’s personal information. Public display names and review text may be redacted to remove contact details. The form’s email address is collected privately for moderation, not published as review metadata.
What is not allowed
Spam, copied reviews, invented experiences, paid undisclosed endorsements, harassment, unrelated promotions and deceptive impersonation are not acceptable. Strong criticism is welcome; personal threats are not. Disagreement with a negative review is not itself a reason to remove it.
Moderation and reports
New submissions are held for moderation. We may request clarification, remove private details or exclude records that do not qualify. Review cards have a report form for a specific concern. Helpful votes indicate reader feedback, not independent validation.
Providers may respond
A provider can contact us with a response or correction. A moderator may attach an attributed response to the review. Provider responses do not count as user ratings, and they do not establish that the reviewer had a verified subscription.
