The official privacy page identifies Gate 100 CY Ltd.; the legal jurisdiction was not confirmed from the inspected evidence. Several apparent pricing and download paths returned the same landing-page content, so the actual privacy.php and refund.php documents were followed rather than assuming every successful HTTP response was a distinct product page.

The site advertises unlimited bandwidth and says it does not retain records of browsing activity. Its terms allow installations on unlimited devices but limit each subscription to three simultaneous connections. The privacy document is more detailed: it describes collecting an account email and processing server selection, usage times and daily transfer amounts as anonymous operational data. These statements should be attributed to the company rather than simplified into a guarantee that no information is processed. A Windows executable download returned a successful response, but the installer was neither run nor tested.

Published subscriptions were US$12 monthly and US$69 annually. A separate US$1 three-day offer states that it then charges US$31.99, without clearly stating the subsequent interval in the captured text. The refund document excludes a three-day pass and limits first-time subscription refunds to requests within 14 days, fewer than 100 connections and under 500 MB usage. Because the landing page and older refund wording differ around the three-day offer, its exact checkout terms require particular care.
