LetsVPN, branded 快连 VPN on its Chinese-language homepage, offers consumer VPN software for Windows, macOS, Android, and iOS. The official site links an accessible iOS App Store listing and mobile installation instructions. Windows installer probes encountered a certificate-validation error and HTTP 503 at two officially linked hosts; those files were not installed or executed.

The homepage advertises automatic connection and server selection, subscription sharing across devices, and a seventy-two-hour free trial. It does not establish a permanent free service in the captured material. Exact simultaneous-device limits, subscription amounts, renewal charges, and a governing company jurisdiction were not sufficiently established, so they remain unconfirmed rather than inferred from older listings.

Its privacy policy states that browsing activity is not actively logged and describes device identifiers, purchase receipts, support submissions, and diagnostic material. The policy says operational diagnostic data remains locally on a device unless the user chooses to upload it for support. These are provider descriptions, not independently verified implementation findings.

An official assessment page describes Google Play mobile application security evaluation against MASVS Level 1 and links annual reports. That application-security assessment should not be presented as proof of VPN-server no-logging. No report conclusion, speed measurement, streaming success rate, or censorship-bypass guarantee was independently established during this research.
