Hello Everyone,
We are performing major changes with our databases and some user accounts were accidentally deleted. We apologize for the trouble and offer extra credits for an each accidentally deleted account (credit amount will be determined by our staff at our sole discretion).
>>I sent them the proof that I am paid, the receipt from April 2011 which says I am paid for a whole year, I haven’t heard back yet. They have cancelled my account with three months still paid for.
A: Please send all payment receipts and we’ll reinstate your account and will add extra credit. Sorry for the inconvenience.

>>The person that answered the email, which was weeks in coming, did not even sign his/her name.
A: We fixed that issue.
