Not sure how this VPN is so highly rated. Their support is aweful. The only way to contact them is through email or their website and they don’t respond to either. They claim to support the military but they don’t. At first I liked the service and recommended it to a few friends that they never got back to. Also you get one server and if it goes down you’re out of luck. Hell, I even offered to pay for the service if they’d just respond to my emails for help setting up my DD-WRT router. Still nothing…I emailed HMA and they helped me out before I even had an account. I’d much rather pay for a responsive service than deal with a company that pretends to be something it isn’t.
