Am interacting at the moment with Witopia’s tech support and I am going to take this opportunity to say that they are one of the most responsive people on the ‘Net! Once in a while the service might be a bit flakey but then that could be the connection or the ISP but if there is a problem these guys are ready to respond to try and help you out.
Price is fantastic, the software installs easily on my MBP, and there is ton of new gateways but support is where these guys really shine. I’ve been with these guys for almost two years and I am a happy camper.
