I’ve had this service for years. I live in the Middle East where access to almost everything is blocked suddenly for no reason. Witopia is great with service . But the fact that I say that shows that I need to contact their service reps frequently. Which means that the service goes down and it does regularly. I’m unsure if this has to do with really affetive blocking by the Middle East telecom service providers that want to keep a monopoly on the market or if it is because the signal and speed from Witopia is too slow. There were no other players when I first purchased but I’m looking around now for a relaiable service. Perhaps Witiopi is it. But I’m sick of not being able to use my VPN for at least 3 out of the 12 mons I pay for it. And tired of spending my weekends trying to get the service so I can skype a relative overseas to talk. :(. If Witopia is the best we need better. Also although the upgrade in pro-system service offered by Witopia now has a lot of new bells and whistles the old service (annually purchased ) was more reliable and connected better. This new one does connect quickly too multiple places sometimes. But not all the time.
