I’ve been a customer of Witopia for the past 2 years and just renewed. During this time, I’ve been in China, probably the most horrendous internet censoring nation in the world. I have never had a single issue with Witopia, and if I’ve ever asked for technical support, these guys respond literally within the hour. Last night I had let my VPN lapse, and got cut off from the rest of the world….I’m serious, everything was gone and I couldn’t even see the Witopia site anymore. I contacted customer service by email (thank goodness for old emails) and Jen from their technical support contacted me within 1 hour, and told me the process to get around the firewall to redo my subscription. Thank goodness too, I don’t want that feeling of “nothing” anytime soon. If you are thinking about another VPN, seriously don’t waste your time. My other friends in China have tried the other services and switched to mine once they came over and saw my speeds. Witopia gives you plenty of information to help you prevent throttling by your ISP’s and DNS denials. These guys are on their game.
