Yes; I agree with previous comment. I’ve had a very bad experience with them, hopeless speed due to the steady background traffic their openVPN service creates, useless technical support… not worth a penny.
To be truthfull though I must say that after much complaining and e-mailing they accepted my account cancellation + refund. I’m now with SwissVPN which works fine so far.
