2 weeks, and still no reply to my support ticket (simple ip-address question) – It even got CLOSED after a week – with no responce at all.
Check with live support, and talk to ‘David Jones’ – He’ll tell you the support will answer in 2-3 days, wait, talk to ‘David Jones’ again – He’ll tell you the support will answer in 2-3…
What’s the point of having support when the only person responding claims to be ‘non-technical’?

People like this should not be allowed to run a business…
