I started looking for a new VPN provider when my credit card expired on my old subscription.
After searching the internet and the different user forums, I chanced upon BW. At first I was hesitant to use them since they seemed quite a small operation and was worried on their reliability.
What really won we over during the two day trial period was the customer service. On most evenings, Fan was there to help me step by step on how to set up my computer and teach me how to use their services.
I have now subscribed for six months on the 30GB/mth plan. I have been using them for two weeks now and am fully satisfied with the speed and stability of the connection.
