Review from Ray Campbell on Witopia
Witopia used to work in China, but it is now effectively blocked. Support has been useless. Their ‘support’ for my non-functioning Cloakbox, fully paid up, was to attempt to sell me a personal VPN account. If your goal for a VPN is get online to blocked sites from China, Witopia is not currently a solution. Given their very poor customer support, I wouldn’t use them for any location if you really depend on a working VPN.
