PureVPN’s service is unparallelled. I’ve used them for a very long time and recently, I’ve been having trouble with connecting. It seems that my internet service provider has been blocking the ports or something. This is the second time that I’ve had a problem with this while I’ve been in China. I contacted them and due to the nature of the problem, I was assisted by Nauman, who is the Customer Service & Support Manager. He spent over an hour trying to help me and we finally found something that worked. I’ve used plenty of VPN providers but have been most satisfied with PureVPN due to their unparalleled support and dedication to customer service.
