Living a country where a vpn is a lifeline, I have used WiTopia for several months now and am most impressed with their customer service. Frankly, it’s so amazing, I asked one of their techs last night where I could go online to praise it! So, taking last night as an example: someone from our internet company was over addressing a problem and messed up my vpn connection. After he left I immediately emailed WiTopia, and had a response within minutes–it took four email exchanges to fix the problem, which was resolved within three or four hours. I’ve had nightmare experiences with a variety of companies where someone new always answers the most recent email and was convinced this kind of system simply doesn’t work. But it works with these guys–fast, efficient and courteous. I don’t hesitate to complain when I get bad service, and am really happy to have the occasion to praise!
