I’ve used this service for over the past years and have had no major issues with it, in or out of country. Periodically, one of the gateways might not be working as well as others, and some might be faster than others, but I have been able to stream Netflix, HBO and surf the web without any issues. From a price standpoint, I think it is extremely reasonable. I’ve only had to contact tech support once, but utilized the chat tool on their main site and had excellent service and response to my questions. This service was recommended to me by a friend and I have been most happy with it. As with all products, there will always be those who are and those who are not, so I’m not disputing anyone who had a bad experience…only saying mine has been great!
