The instruction for setup of my family’s computers and Apple products went without any issues. The support from Fan Yi (site owner/operator) has been very good. This is a clear advantage of a small operation. I’ve previously used another VPN service provider from the US and this is by far outperforms in all categories. I’ve used this service for a few weeks now and I’m very satisfied. Best solution for people living behind the Great Wall.
