ZoogVPN

Overview

ZoogVPN is a consumer VPN whose privacy policy identifies Zoog Services Single Member Private Company, incorporated in Greece, as data controller. Its footer uses Zoog Services IKE and lists Patras, Greece. The website provides account signup, paid plans, and application downloads for desktop, mobile, Android TV, and Fire TV. Linux and router use is described through setup options rather than assumed to have the same native application experience.

The current pricing page lists USD 9.99 for one month, USD 39.99 for twelve months, and USD 59.99 for an offer covering twenty-seven months. The latter includes promotional extra time. A separate subsequent renewal price was not confirmed. Premium plans advertise unlimited bandwidth, but the same pricing page conflicts on devices: one section promises unlimited devices while the comparison and promotional text specify ten. Confirm the applicable allowance before purchase.

A permanent free tier provides 10 GB per month, one device, and limited locations. ZoogVPN lists IKEv2 and OpenVPN alongside its Shadow feature; manual protocol options are also described. Kill-switch, split-tunneling, and P2P capabilities are provider-advertised features rather than results verified by this research.

The seven-day refund headline has material conditions: the policy limits eligibility to an initial payment, less than 10 GB of usage, no previous refund, and an eligible subscription lasting at least thirty days, with support troubleshooting requirements. Only credit/debit card and PayPal payments are refundable, all refunds incur a 5% administration fee, and charges after Google Play or App Store trials are excluded. Its privacy policy claims no activity logging but describes aggregate upload/download totals and advertising in the free Android app. No independent audit report or hands-on performance assessment was evaluated.
