I like their service. It is very “no nonsense” and the servers are really quick. I use them on both a PC and a MAC. Both work fine. I like it.

I wanted to try this vpn but then I read the tos and it it seems like u can’t do anything but watch tv on this provider. Please company revise your tos because as of now its basically “u are responsible for anything you do, the same as if u are not using a vpn, which basically is the same as not having a vpn, not that I am against accountabiltiy but a vpn is supposed to keep your information private, but the tos wordings makes it soud like you can not do anything, its even worse than any isp policy I have read.
It works great though to watch tv on net, so I give it a 5, just don’t expect to p2p with it as they don’t allow it and maybe just in case search and use https with this service and you should have great results. I use startpage to search with (get firefox addon, and duckduckgo addon) and this service = awesome.

Good price but horrible support. When you eventually experience issues with it don’t expect it to get resolved anytime soon because their support is is extremely unprofessional and takes forever to respond. You have to email them and wait ages for a reply. I’ve used StrongVPN in the past and while it is a little pricier(usually have to get a multiple month package) it is much more reliable and although their support isn’t the best either, it is up 24/7 and if you experience any technical issues support can help you via teamviewer.
Wouldn’t recommend VPN Accounts to anyone.

I have not tried other providers so i will not compare with others but i will tell you that i got an excellent product at a great price. It alowed me to access all blocked sites and use VoIP application on my trip to Oman. They did not allow P2P program and that was fine since i dont use them. If you are considering joining them, you will get a great all around service.

Not sure about this one, yes the support is great, yes when I click connect, it connects, but if you intend to use this to stream video, i.e. iplayer, it kind of sucks.
I have made all the recommended ‘tweaks’, but I’m still not happy with the speed and its far from consistent. iPlayer starts with at 1500kbps and then eventually drops down to 480kbps, so the picture is not good.
I’m going to switch, also never purchases more than a months service.

Works great from Iran!! I tried another provider and worked too but was not very reliable and the price was cheaper.
You get what you pay for, I am very happy knowing i can rely on support if i have an issue. They even helped me with a non VPN related issue!

Excellent customer support! I had a problem with my card and couldn’t but they gave me a an account to use anyway untill i sorted it out with my bank. Very happy wih it!
