Why don’t you leave your real name? scared?
1) We don’t care about slow torrents. Screw torrents. p2p download works – good. p2p doesn’t work – your and only your problem. We are not even going to do anything if you have p2p problems. That’s it, we also impose traffic shaping on some servers and kill torrent traffic.
2) Normal Internet works very well and we do everything to provide fast NORMAL Internet (WITHOUT TORRENTS)!!!
3) Not happy – you can leave at anytime.

First off, I would like to dispel these fears that Blacklogic is a scam website. Two months ago I signed up on their website for a year’s worth of VPN. The process was easy and I was soon surfing the web using the Blacklogic proxy. I have not had any complaints about the speed of the proxy or contacting tech support.
After reading all of these negative reviews, which were so completely dissonant with my great experience with the website, it dawned on me that the explanation had to relate to the difficulties involved in running a business. That is, I think that the owners of this business must be swamped by the number of customers, and must not have their accounting and database software up and running properly. So, judging on my experience, new customers, while taking into account for the negative reviews, should give Blacklogic a go. I think that Blacklogic is a business that still needs to get it together, but provides an excellent service.

They replied to my emails after repeated contact which left me exhausted. They told me they were sending the activation repeatedly…and I waited each time and nothing arrived. They led me round in circles until I was so fed up. I never got a refund.

I paid for the service and never got the login. Blacklogic is a scam website set up to fool you. I wrote to support lots of times, and he didn’t reply except once to say he will send the login today. I telephoned and spoke to “Fikrat Rafikov” the website owner a week later and he said he would send me the login that day but didn’t. Look at how many people below report the same. It appears like the whole site and functions are fun by one scammer Fikrat Rafikov.
If he does give you VPN, as he seems to have for a select few, it is probably to act as a cover to legitimize the scam website. He has to give it to a few if you understand. He will probably terminate your subscription later while you still have credit remaining. This guy should be prosecuted and Blacklogic shut down.

I tried to open an account with Blacklogic one year ago. I used a credit card to pay for the fee and received an email from them that I would receive the licensing infomation from them within 48 hours. I did not receive the licensing info so I sent an eamail to let them know I was still waiting for my VPN service to be activated. A week after opening the account I had still not received any licensing information from them and they also had not responded to any of my emails. At that point I contacted the company that Blacklogic uses to do their credit card billing, which for me was Plimus Sales. I informed Plimus sales that I had not received the service from Blacklogic for which I had been billed and that I wanted my money returned. I also informed Plimus that if they did not refund my money I would inform my credit card company that I was disuputing the charges. Plimus promptly refunded my money and I assumed that my dealings with Blacklogic were over. Silly me!
ONE YEAR LATER
Blacklogic sent me an invoice a year later (June 26, 2012) for another years VPN service and indicated they would be charging my credit card for that service. I immediately opened a ticket on their website and gave them the history of my account, that it had never been activated or used. I also indicated that I would not pay them for another year of service and would dispute any charges they put on my credit card. I then requested that they close my account. I got an email saying they would respond to the “open ticket” within 48 hours but I have not received any further reply from them. What I have received from them is numerous emails asking me to pay the invoices and not response to the three emails I have sent them saying I do not have an active wtih their company.
Here is the scary part. Since then Blacklogic has tried to bill my credit card for one more year of service. They were unable to do that since the expriation date on the credit card I had sed with them has expired and they were unable to use the information they had on file for my card since the expiration date and access code had changed. They now keep sending me overdue invoice notices and have sent several emails asking me to update my credit card information so they could bill me. I have stopped responding to their emails since it has become obvious that 1) they don’t read them and 2) they are unable to put any charges on my credit card. I am deeply concerned that such a company exists online that will try to bill customers for services even after they have severed all connections with that company.
Be warned! This is not a company you sould trust with any personal information.and a company that does not respond to customer emails or concerns

Frequent disconnections and certain VPN lines not working.
Unilaterally changed terms and conditions in March 2012 to retroactively ban P2P sharing — but would turn it back on for more money.
When customer support was contacted on this point, they were rude and arrogant.
You would have to be a lunatic to sign up to this service in 2012.

Blacklogic said when I went to cancel due to their new no torrent policy, ” should we notify copyright holders about your recent downloads” Can you believe that! Beware they will turn on you fast. Used them for 3 years. Shame.

I submitted a ticket asking for the list of servers. They answered me weeks later! by telling me that I wasn’t paid up since the summer of 2010 (it is now Dec 2011) and disabled my account.
I sent them the proof that I am paid, the receipt from April 2011 which says I am paid for a whole year, I haven’t heard back yet. They have cancelled my account with three months still paid for.
They have not reinstated my account or (initial question) given me a list of servers. How can they have the date so wrong??? when I still have 3 months to go before I renew again???
The person that answered the email, which was weeks in coming, did not even sign his/her name.
COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE.

Paid for the service 4 days ago and my account is still pending. Contacted live support yesterday and was promised my account would be active right away. After waiting many hours, submitted a ticket about it and no response. Submitted ticket today asking for the service I was paying for or for a refund. Completely unacceptable,

Used to be great, now is barely usable. Most servers won’t fully connect. Speeds don’t break 10kb/s. Absolutely ZERO support.

Not the best nor the worst. Got set up eventually once they got around to responding my e-mails and delivering my account info. Weren’t the most friendly but the service has worked so far for me, the last 4 months or so. Sometimes the server I connect to can be very slow down to a crawl and requiring frequent rebooting. Not terrible but nothing to really write home about either.

Blacklogic is a scam that fooled me also. I was not able to log-in to the VPN server. When I asked for support they simply asked “what severe are you using”. I replied, but they did not respond to me any more even I sent them a few reminders. A scam, so forget this one. Hope the end up in jail soon.

I believe these people are associated with SPAMers. Hope my credit card details aren’t being replicated in the eastern block somewhere.
Their email after you pay…
“Licensing information will be sent to you within 48 hours.
If you do not receive a confirmation e-mail from us, please check your spam, bulk or junk mail folders. If you find the e-mail there, your ISP or your own software spam-blocker or filters are diverting our e-mail.”
It’s been 3 days, no response.
I submitted a request for a refund. Their automated response is “we will response within 2 working days”.

I’ve been using Blacklogic for about six months now and whilst the service works, it’s reliability is not exactly ideal.
The servers regularly come to a crawl requiring reboots, and so forth on the server side and the speed can be woeful falling to below 300Kb/s which is useful for just about nothing these days.
On a good day, the server speed is ok, but it maxes out at just 2Mb/s DL and 1.2Mb/s UL so any HD streaming suffers as a result. Regular BBC iPlayer and Hulu content is ok but it can skip from time to time and live streaming suffers the most.
This is certainly not down to my ISP as I have a steady 24Mb/s DL and 8Mb/s UL cable line.
Although these are negative points, I will say Blacklogic’s price is superb. I paid just $60 for the year for both UK, US and Canadian VPN access and their customer support is pretty good. They use Skype as their preferred customer support medium meaning you get direct interaction with the tech guys which I like a lot.
You can also call them on Skype to using the telephony services however they always seem to be surprised whenever they get a call. It’s almost like I’m calling a home number!!!
Overall, I’d say Blacklogic are ok. Nothing more unfortuantely. Their server reliability simply isn’t up to it. Frankly, I think torrents should be banned on the spot since they eat up all the bandwidth however I don’t think that view is shared amongst all here.
I do however hope Blacklogic all the best and am sure that with continued feedback, they can improve their service.

Black logic is not a good place to be for toorent people. Beware they block all torrent sharing traffic. They do not say that before you pay, I found out the hardway. Beware and look else where
